Senior Recruitment Coordinator – Graduate Programmes

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Graduate recruitment solution with one of our clients based in London.

A key member of our Support team, you’ll act as the main point of contact for queries and provide assistance where required. Expect to be kept busy!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with Hiring Managers to clarify demand, campus events attendance, Assessment Centre arrangements and offer follow-up

  • Engage with Universities and work alongside career service centres to book relevant events and other activities in order to drive applications

  • Organise campus events: book and manage all logistics around career fairs, including courier liaison

  • Work with the offshore team to manage the candidate pipeline for each role and focus on hard to fill roles with the Recruiter

  • Manage the sourcing activity for hard to fill roles

  • Manage roles on candidate Applicant Tracking System (WCN) – Create, open and close roles as appropriate.

  • Assessment Centre Co-Ordination: this includes room bookings, catering, assessors, current grads for networking lunch, candidate bookings (including briefing calls) & all other logistics

  • Facilitate Assessment Centres as appropriate – (regular travel to Winnersh & approx 2 times a month to other regional venues)

  • Post Assessment Centre candidate feedback

  • Offer Process – co-ordinate the liaison with managers and the Offer Management Team (AMS & client) to ensure that all paperwork is correct and candidates can be onboarded in time for their start dates

  • Induction process – assign induction dates to all new starters and communicate dates to managers, candidates and 3rd party training provider

  • Manage candidate queries and engagement as appropriate

  • Assist the Recruiter in creating the weekly report ensuring high attention to detail & accuracy

  • Escalate any concerns regarding pipeline, attraction, offer process, AC arrangements etc. in good time.

Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good phone manner are essential requirements.

  • You should be fluent in English; any additional languages would be a real asset.

  • It’s important that you have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, ideally combined with some office experience.

  • Experience of providing excellent customer service and strong administrative skills are a must.

  • Experience within graduate recruitment is useful but not essential.
