Who does it report to: Front of House Facilities Manager
Where is it based: Greater London House, Mornington Crescent, London
The hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri
The Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and clear meeting rooms
- Assist in set up of office areas, including furniture builds & moves
- Assist in set up of social events
- Collect and/or deliver recycling
- Flag up any H&S issues in the building
- Maintain paper stocks for photocopiers
- Liaising with the wider Facilities teams
- Assist in the Facilities helpdesk
- Carryout H&S daily walk arounds
- Liaising with the cleaning teams
- Help with archives
- Photocopy & basic filing
- General office administration as required
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc duties
Flexible support
- Support the maintenance team and post room team when required
- Help with set up of sample sales
- Any other ad hoc support required
- Support the front of house facilities manager
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to communicate with all members of ASOS staff including external contractors
- Good verbal and written English
- Attention to detail
- A friendly, outgoing, helpful and confident personality
- A willingness to change with the company requirements, and a desire to continually improve the services and facilities on offer
- Confident working on own initiative and proactive in decision making
- Dedicated attitude, ability to lead a team, and flexibility within the team to support colleagues
- Positive, can-do attitude to the team and the business
- Some knowledge/training on H&S
