The Role:


Business Development Manager – Security Systems


We are looking for an experienced BDM who specialises within the security industry to join this successful Sales team. The successful candidate will use their previous knowledge and expertise of electronic security and fire alarm systems to seek new opportunities and develop relationships with local clients.


Working self sufficiently, your responsibility is to understand your clients exact requirements and develop solutions that perfectly fits their specification.


Objectives:


  • Develop relationships with Clients leading to the delivery of profitable new business growth.

  • Listen and understand the needs of the client and tailor a solution that fits with both the client and the company.

  • Deliver Sales presentations to prospective clients

  • Work closely with the regional operations team, bid team and commercial team in order to develop a robust solution, whilst managing the expectations of the Client

The Ideal Person


  • Expert in security and fire systems / Facilities Management

  • Previous sales experience in a similar environment

  • Driven & Motivated – always thinking about the next opportunity

  • Self Sufficient and able to work on own initiative.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with Key Clients at all levels.

  • Innovative and passionate while delivering commercial value beyond customer expectation

  • Open minded

  • Confident and self disciplined.

  • Attention to detail

Package


In return we can offer a excellent salary of £35,000 plus commission with an achievable OTE of £55,000
