Health & Fitness Club Administrator x 2 - Aldgate, C.London
We are looking for a two customer experience support managers to join a leading fitness brand. As customer service support you will be pivotal to the continued growth of the business and success of the Customer Experience and Business Development teams. The role will provide full sales and service support function to the Customer Experience Managers with support to maximise their impact within regions.
This role will involve lots of telephone and admin work so please be ready for a fun-filled and action packed planning and service support role in a vibrant and energetic company. Appointment setting for new and existing customers, outbound calling, providing launch support, data information, customer insights and intelligence through proactive database and regional account management are all important elements of the role.
We are keen to talk to candidates who have a minimum of 2 years sales and admin experience. Ability to understand and follow sales & club performance processes and systems is essential for this role. We are looking for candidates who have extensive administration experience and skills; excellent attention to detail as well as someone who has the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, changing environment. The ability to build strong relationships and partnerships and to have first class interpersonal and communication skills is key. We are looking for a high achieving individual who is ambitious and career focused and wants to join a high performance team at the cutting edge of the health and fitness industry.
The position is predominantly Monday to Friday with the occasional need to attend weekend conferences and workshops. My client offers a great salary package as well gym membership, pension and health care schemes.
