INTERNAL RECRUITER - AMAZING NEW OPPORTUNITY

This role will take ownership of the full recruitment and induction strategy and function to attract and hire a high calibre of candidates who represent the ideal DNA of the company. The post holder would be required to take responsibility of ensuring effective delivery of recruitment needs for a growing business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Full Management of the full spectrum of the recruitment process including writing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, telephone screening, online testing and shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.

  • Ensure all vacancies are filled within SLA and according to the budgeted headcount plan.

  • Source and attract talent through utilising LinkedIn, various other job portals, employee referral scheme, networking events and other social media channels.

  • Working closely with the operational management teams to understand staff requirements and future headcount plans and develop recruitment strategies to meet these needs.

  • Proactively build a talent pipeline of suitable high calibre technical candidates to meet the company headcount growth plan.

  • Conduct HR interviews, and organise interviews with the various stakeholders / hiring managers.

  • Ensure the standard recruitment process is followed and reinforce best practice.

  • Compile and analyse recruitment data statistics, and manage recruitment budget to ensure recruitment costs are minimised.

  • Assist with staff developmental programmes focussed on progression within the company.

  • Design and plan a formal induction plan that would become part of the full recruitment process along with formal induction packs.

Skills and experience required:


  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience working within an agency recruitment role/in-house recruitment team – preferably specialising in technical recruitment.

  • Creative approach to candidate sourcing and an ability to constantly innovate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment activities and the candidate experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, previously gained from recruitment experience.

  • Able to effectively manage workload and work under pressure at all times of high activity.

  • High energy and enthusiasm to deliver excellent results and accountable for individual tasks and targets.

  • Passionate about getting the company culture right, breeding the company values,

  • A hardworking, tenacious individual who is comfortable working in a very strong technical environment.

  • Computer literate, MS Office and Excel expertise.
