Java Solution Architect required with proven skills in Java software & systems design and defining solution architectures for applications and components and their integration to other key systems to provide OTT / IPTV Video Delivery Services for high volume / high availability service is required by world leading media giant in South West London / Middlesex.

Key skills required include

*Solution architecture for IPTV / OTT / or Content Delivery to Devices or Java based scale high volume web systems
*Java backend Architecture / Restful API Web Services skills for high volume and large scale concurrent users
*Experience of NoSQL or Lucene would be an advantage
*Delivery skills for building web orientated distributed systems
*Experience of Agile software Development through entire Agile lifecycle for multiple products
*Full software systems lifecycle experience for software delivery
*Experience of establishing, developing 3rd party vendors
*Any other architecture skills with the media / broadcast / telecoms domain

The role will involve having systems architecture responsibility for a number of development projects with stakeholders to shape the technology approach for new products and propositions . You will have an ongoing engagement with delivery teams working as a solution architect to define an appropriate solution, providing specific expertise as well as around security, performance, scalability, availability and resilience.
