And in return we offer a basic salary plus uncapped commission and an uncapped bonus scheme.

Successful applicants will be rewarded with a basic salary PLUS a generous uncapped commission structure and uncapped Managers bonus scheme, so the earning potential is in your own hands.

All applicants must have a valid UK driving license. A company car will be available for you to use.

• Support our customers with the purchase of their perfect bathroom.


• Ensure our customers receive the best service available


• Achieve showroom monthly sales targets and other KPI’s as required.


• Actively sell and promote the company’s products and services at all times.


• Help drive the store profitability in line with expectations.


• Act as an ambassador for the bathstore brand.


• Help maintain a good team spirit.


• Take responsibility for your decisions and your team.


• Ensure compliance to all procedures


• Assist in developing the business and its profits

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

• Starting basic salary of £18,000, – realistic OTE of £30,050


• Potential to earn as much as you can due to our uncapped commission & bonus structure


• Continuing progression within the company


• Hours – 9am to 6pm including weekends and Bank Holidays


• 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
