I am working on behalf of an advisory firm in London which is looking for a Receptionist with ideally hospitality or airline background.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Setting up of rooms (restocking mini-bar, fruit bowls, cups and saucers)
- Preparing and serving of tea, coffee and biscuits to clients
- Clearing rooms, washing cups and glasses in dishwasher
- Taking on individual duties such as: dealing with the flower arrangements, liaising with fruit supplier, ordering food and beverage.
The successful candidate will: Proven working experience in similar roles
Hospitality or airline background would be an advantage
Capable of working autonomously but also working within a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Energetic, passionate and delivering 5* services
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organise, multitask
Prioritise and work under pressure
