Now they are looking for 5 x graduates to embark on their graduate scheme. As a graduate (trainee) recruitment consultant, you will join either the specialist procurement or commodities team. You will work in a full recruitment life-cycle role, involving both generating candidates and generating clients. Training is extensive and it will see you learn from direct mentors, managers and directors.

These roles are only for the 5 most ambitious, ‘go – getting’ graduates that want to get a foothold in the business world. The role is a combination of sales and management consultancy so whilst you must be competitive and persuasive (plus money driven), you must also be very sophisticated and able to consult!

• Alongside £22,000 basic salary and commission, successful graduates will get


• Monthly team nights out based on hitting team monthly targets/ Lunch Clubs


• Subsidised gym membership


• Flexi-hour – 1 hour of core work time off work every week


• Blackberries or iPhones for Senior Consultants and above


• Client meetings in London. Candidate meetings in London.

You must be a graduate with at least a 2.1 (predicted/gained) and a great reason for why you would be suitable for recruitment! You must want to work in London and have an out going personality.
