**NB – ALTHOUGH IKEA LAKESIDE IS CLASSED AS A ‘LONDON STORE’ WE ARE BASED IN ESSEX, JUST A FEW MINUTES FROM JUNCTION 30/31 OF THE M25 AND RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE LAKESIDE SHOPPING CENTRE.**
