Communications Co-Ordinator




Our client, a not-for-profit trade organisation and global authority in training and auditing, are looking for a hands on communications expert to join the team.

This role requires candidates fluent in English, French and ideally a third European language.

Key Responsiblities


•  Support and implement global marketing and communications activities including support for planning, logistics, advertising, promotion, public/media relations, distribution and research. Developing and maintaining online and offline marketing collateral and presentations, media relations, market and competitor research, establishing brand recognition and representing their brand with all sources. 


•  Provide direct marketing support for staff operations including focus on BD including proofreading, preparing and delivering presentations, assisting with logistics coordination for exhibits, workshops, conferences, training staff and providing direct support to management.


+ Experience working in Communications / Marketing Communications
+ Fluent English, French, and ideally a third European language
+ Able to work in a stand alone position
+ Confident dealing with different stakeholders across the business


Those with membership body / committee / trade body experience will be favoured (although not essential).
