As a Customer Services Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our residents, helping them by resolving queries over the phone in our busy Call Centre. You’ll also work on our reception, assisting residents face to face with a wide range of housing related enquiries and complete a number of administrative tasks including responding to emails and letters. The role is varied and you will need to be flexible about the variety of work you take on each day and where you are located, as we work across 3 offices in Lewisham. We strive to offer a professional and efficient service delivering excellent customer service to our residents, so you’ll need to be a confident communicator with excellent people skills. We work in a target driven environment and you will be responsible for ensuring you consistently meet the standards required, delivering a high quality service at all times. Knowledge of social housing is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. We have a number of Full Time vacancies for 36 hours per week and Part Time vacancies providing lunch cover 16 hours per week (11.30 – 3.30 on Mondays and 11.30 – 2.30 Tuesday to Friday).
