Customer Service Advisor/Administration Assistant - Close Brothers Group - London SW19

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Focused Administration Assistant to join the Close Brothers Aviation and Marine Finance team based in Wimbledon.

As part of the Operations team you will be responsible for providing varied administration support and first time resolution of customer queries by offering exceptional customer service. You will have the skills and capability to guarantee that the level of support provided will exceed customer expectation and ultimately ensure Close Brothers Aviation and Marine Finance is considered a finance provider of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving customer queries, including general enquires about products and services, account change requests and providing agreement information


• Anti-money laundering and credit checks


• Providing support to MD and Field Sales Managers


• Updating information on in-house CRM system
