Customer Service Advisor £21433 P/A + Ben -Major UK Employer + Service provider to the Hotel Sector.


To be considered for this role you will ideally be from a b-b customer service background, experience of internal sales, order processing, account management or administration. You also need to be able to work a 5 day week including either a Saturday OR Sunday 8-4.


THE COMPANY- Customer Service Advisor /Sales Support/Account Manager

THE JOB – Customer Service Advisor /Sales Support/Account Manager


You will ensure the relationship between the customer and the operation is maintained at the highest standard as well as delighting your customers through proactive account management
You will need to answer all telephone calls in a professional manner as specified/ trained by the company, taking personal responsibility to ensuring that all necessary actions are taken in response to specific problems and requests within laid down time scales.
Persist with lines of communication or escalations until a satisfactory conclusion is achieved. Maintaining effective communication with the customer on all agreed actions to ensure that any issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Constantly seeking out opportunities to improve Customer Care and achieve Service Excellence
There will also be daily Admin duties i.e. keeping customer records up to date, logging calls, documenting deliveries etc.


THE PERSON – Customer Service Advisor /Sales Support/Account Manager


We are looking for a highly customer focused individual, ideally from a b-b customer service, internal sales, order processing, account management or administration background
You will need to have experience of working in a highly focussed customer service environment and have great attention to detail. This person will also need excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to build good customer relationships.
The ability to make decisions is important as well as being well spoken, having clarity of speech, a friendliness of tone and being generally articulate.


THE PACKAGE- Customer Service Advisor /Sales Support/Account Manager


Basic salary is £21433 Per annum. This will be a 40 hour week – 5 days per week including either Saturday or Sunday. Pension after qualifying period. 29 days holiday (inc stats) Office hours are either 8-5 or 7.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday 8-4 on Saturday OR Sunday.
