We are looking for an experienced school Design and Technology (DT) Technician to join a vibrant and well performing team within an all girls catholic grammar school in Finchley.

This role is to start as soon as possible on a contract of between 6.5 hours- 18 hours depending on your preferences.

This school is a three form entry catholic secondary school form entry for girl and is a voluntary Aided Grammar School and includes boys within the 6th form.

Set on five buildings with their own style and with a lawn surrounded by green area which is picture perfect especially in the summer.

The Role:

This role will be offer an individual the chance to support the department with their DT technician needs, this will comprise of stock maintenance, equipment maintenance (especially the circular saws and drills), demonstrations, advice and guidance to students and support the teachers of the department with he day to day running of the department and assistance within the classroom where needed.

This role is to start as soon as possible on a contract of between 6.5 hours- 18 hours depending on your preferences. 

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience as a Design and Technology (DT) Technician within a school setting

Able to work between 6.5 hours- 18 hours depending on your preferences.

Able to start asap (within the April month)

Have a current DBS (Criminal Record Check) or happy to obtain one through us

Able to provide references for the last 2 years of working or education history
