The Role
Are you an experienced and motivated Financial Controller with strong all round accounting skills?
As Financial Controller you will be accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will manage a small team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing global business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing all information and support for external audits
• Prepare budgets and forecasts (including cash flow)
• Constantly improving reporting procedures
• Managing and motivating the internal finance team
• Managing external service providers
• Overseeing all group financial operations to ensure consistency of reporting throughout the group.
• Constantly improve the processes and controls in place within the group
• Develop, implement and maintain policies and standards within the group
What you`ll need:
• At least two years` experience as a financial controller with international accounting experience
• Experience designing and implement strong processes and internal controls procedures on their own
• The proven ability to oversee changes to accounting systems
• Strong management skills – managing a small financial team
• Strong written and oral communication skills
