The company:

You will join a fast growing specialist recruitment firm that provides senior executives to telecommunications companies across the world.

Main responsibilities:

* Your aim is forge solid, sustainable relationships with senior level professionals working in the telecommunications sector
* Establishing excellent personal relationships and rapport with candidates who may be looking to change jobs
* Providing them with outstanding careers advice and showing them new job opportunities
* Staying in contact with your candidates and always helping them to advance their careers
* Attending international roadshows and trade events where you will get the chance to meet potential job applicants on a face to face basis
* Conducting phone and face to face interviews
* Negotiate candidates’ salaries and pay rates
* Database management
* Getting candidate feedback following interviews

Main requirements:

* Fluent in German and English
* 3 + years of recruitment or resourcing experience either gained in-house or working for an agency
* Experience in generating candidates through complex Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, web sourcing
* Experience working with job-boards, CV databases and internet search tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Educated to degree level

The role offers great flexibility and opportunity of working from home 2-3 days per week.
