£20,000 + OTE + rewards + uncapped commission (possible 1st year earnings of £40,000+)

The Company

This boutique recruitment consultancy is a market-leader in the IT field. It only started up a few years ago but has won multiple awards since. They are highly successful and only recruit mid-senior level consultants with salaries in excess of £50,000. They recruit into multiple sectors including finance, legal, oil and gas, technology and pharmaceuticals. The training will cover everything from Client development and management to Candidate generation through Headhunting, Advertising, CV searching and networking.

The Role

Your job will be highly varied and very fast-paced due to the range of clients they have. This is a highly sales-based role so an interest and experience in sales is crucial. There is unlimited earning potential so the better at selling you are, the more money you make. You will be trained by some of the most successful consultants in the company. The highest earners in the company earn £350,000+. As well as earning potential, the opportunities for career progression are also excellent.

You

– Sales experience is a necessity, this can be telesales, door-to-door, market research, fundraising, B2B or lettings

– Ideally you will have a degree, 2:1 or above

– Target-driven and ambitious

– Money-motivated

– Tenacious and resilient
