Sales Negotiator – London

Are you a graduate with experience in Administration or Sales? Do you want to work for one of the top agents in Central London?

Our client, an award winning high end dynamic Estate Agent, is looking for Lettings Negotiators in several of their busy offices. Our client has well situated offices in and around Central, West and South West London. They pride themselves on service, knowledge and their well-trained members of staff.

To be successful for this position you will need to show the following:

-Degree Educated

-Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude

-Excellent organisation skills and prioritisation skills

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-Ability to work on your own as well as in a team

-A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach

-Intermediate MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills

-Strong customer focus

-High accuracy and attention to detail

-Full and clean UK driving license

-Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets

-Comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals

For the role you will be required to:

-Generate quality leads, follow these up and consistently aim for high conversion rates

-Have an in-depth understanding of the local market and competitors in the area to maintain a competitive advantage

-Ensure that all instructions are presented to the highest standard

-Ensure that all documentation is completed before the beginning of the tenancy i.e. PAT, Gas Safety Certificate and Tenancy Terms and Conditions.

-Ensure that all files are progressed efficiently and all parties are communicated to on a regular basis

-Ensure that all financial targets are met and are exceeded on a monthly basis

-Manage customer expectations and feedback effectively, addressing any highlighted areas of concern

-Actively support the Branch in achieving the highest levels of customer service feedback from clients, suppliers and the Company

-Pro-actively manage, maintain and develop relationships with both Landlords and Tenants

-Pro-actively ensure that all written communications on behalf of the Branch are accurate and conform to industry standards and the Housing Act requirements
