Recruitment requires young professionals that are CONFIDENT and CHARISMATIC! You will be starting at a cold desk, and be responsible for building up your own candidate and client base. You will need to be competitive and self-motivated to be the best consultant in your team. You must find the best candidates in the market through CV searching, cold-calling and head hunting. Together with generating new business, you will be expected to maintain and nurture all existing client relationships as well. The recruitment industry is fast-paced and social, and we want candidates who are willing to immerse themselves in the company culture! This includes weekly drinks with their team, and other regular social outings.

While basic salary’s begin between £20-24k, previous top billers have earnt up to £60,000 OTE just in their first year! Recruiters can expect to earn up £75k in their 2nd year, and £100k in their 3rd year. This role certainly isn’t for the faint hearted!
