Day to day responsibilities involves dealing with hot incoming leads via telephone and email to deliver high levels of service and sales with confidence at all times.

Creating the perfect USA holidays:

The exciting holidays you put together and sell will give your clients a wonderful opportunity to experience the great adventure and mystery of America by holidaying in Florida & Disney World, shopping in the Big Apple, driving through the desert canyons of Nevadaand taking to the coasts of California. They will experience journeying down the amazing Route 66 and feeling the buzz and chaos of Times Square. One thing is for sure, there’s so much to take in: Brooklyn’s organic café scene, a slice of deep-dish pizza in Chicago,celeb-spotting on Rodeo Drive and the toe-tapping jazz bars of New Orleans. This is what you’ll be selling, where no two days at work will be the same.

You will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

• Daily management of new leads and database development


• Building and selling high value holidays including flights, villas, car hire, cruises and much more


• Offering exceptional service to the customers, understanding their requirements and matching their expectations


• Meeting and exceeding set sales and performance targets as well as working in teams

Must have’s Key attributes for Graduates:

• Confident Graduates with an outgoing personality, carrying some sales experience and looking for a exciting new challenge


• Great telephone manner, confidence and lead from the front attitude


• Quick learner, speed to competency is key, our client do the training you do the selling!

Travel Call Centre Working Hours:
USA Travel Consultants will be expected to work 5-day week, which will include 2 weekends per month. The Call Centre is open from 9am-9pm, working hours on a weekly rota basis are: 9am-6pm and 12pm-9pm.

Salary:
Basic Salary: £18,000 + comm
Earning potential (on target earnings):
Realistic 1st Year OTE: £40,000 – £50,000+ uncapped
Realistic 2nd Year OTE: £65,000+ uncapped
