Java Technical Architect / Senior Java Developer (Agile DDD TDD Java EE). Technology driven financial spread betting site is seeking a passionate senior Java Technical Architect with experience of applying Domain Driven Design principles.
As a Java Technical Architect you will help shape the architectural vision and evangelise best practice – mentoring and promoting doing things the right way. You’ll work with development teams in a hands-on role across the full development lifecycle within an Agile DDD / TDD environment.

As a senior member of the team you’ll work with stakeholders across the full development lifecycle from requirements through to implementation. Initially you’ll lead a high profile project to improve user experience.

Requirements:
*Indepth knowledge of Java JEE and related technologies: Spring framework, JMS, REST
*Technical leadership / architect experience
*Advocate of Agile development – particularly DDD / TDD
*Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
*Keep up to date with industry trends, keen to adopt new technologies and techniques
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to coach and mentor in an effective way
*Likely to be degree educated, Computer Science preferred
