Part Time Sales and Purchase Ledger - Invictus Group - London





Position : Part Time Sales and Purchase Ledger Reconciliation Clerk– (possibility of temp to perm)

Location : London

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, 3 days per week (some degree of flexibility)

Summary

This is a Part Time Sales and Purchase ledger reconciliation clerk with Credit Control skills role assisting the Procurement Analysis / Credit Controller with calculation and collection of quarterly/annual commission.

Experience and responsibilities:
Experience

Extremely organised with intermediate MS Office pc skills – Excel, V-Look ups, Pivot tables

Good written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise with key Stake holders

Numerate

Can work on own initiative, pro-active and able to multi-task

High attention to detail and conscientious

Professional attitude

The ability to prioritise work load whilst working to tight deadlines

Excellent data entry skills – fast and accurate.

Role

Reconciliation of suppliers sales ledger statements against companies purchase ledger using excel V-Lookup and Sort functionality, calculation of eligible commission due

Chasing up outstanding debts

Checking VAT has been included on invoices

Recording receipts and informing finance of respective period/s of receipton excel

Liaising with payments co-ordinators to understand reasoning of unpaid/queried invoices

Working to strict collection targets

Respond to supplier queries in a timely manner to resolve issues which may delay collections

Raise purchase orders

Raise invoices

Setting up new clients

Assisting with administrative tasks
