(PPC) Search Account Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Paid Search Account Manager to join our London-based digital marketing services team. A background in, and passion for all elements that contribute to improving paid search (PPC) is essential, plus a keen interest in global trends and international PPC platforms, from Google, Bing and Yahoo, to Baidu, Yandex and Naver.
As the Search Account Manager, you’ll take charge of the current international PPC activities. You’ll need to apply proactive, analytical and strategic thinking to deliver excellent customer experience and maximise our clients’ global reach and ROI.
(PPC) Search Account Manager – Responsibilities:
• You’ll be the main day to day contact for the client and will lead client meetings and communications on all things PPC.
• Create and execute PPC campaigns to meet, and exceed, client objectives; keyword research, campaign setup, ad creation and managing related translation activities for international accounts.
• Plan and implement testing into Search and Display campaigns – (ad copy testing, landing page testing, day-part targeting, keyword expansion, etc.).
• Deliver detailed results commentary each week that includes a summary of performance, top markets, campaign optimisation, market forces and competitive positioning.
• Maintain relationships with clients, while providing reports, communicating performance insights and best practice guidance.
• Feedback campaign learnings and insight into the ongoing strategy process.
• Keep abreast of changes and trends in the digital marketing industry and relate them to client strategies.
(PPC) Search Account Manager – Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years client or agency-side experience in managing successful PPC campaigns across a range of sectors.
• Knowledge and experience of using campaign management tools – (Google Analytics and Kenshoo are the ones we use) as well as market Search and Display tools including Google Insights for Search and Display.
• Knowledge of Baidu and Yandex platforms.
• Support business development in delivering effective sales pitches.
• A Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint expert.
• Confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders at a senior level, presenting to both existing and potential clients.
• Coaching and mentoring experience combined with strong history of effective collaboration.
• Proven track record in managing complex accounts, naturally organised and process-driven.
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per Annum, Depending on Experience
