About the Client:
Our client are looking for a strong Quantity Surveyor who has already gained some experience in the curtain walling and façade markets. Project values in excess of £30million all in Central London. My client is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with excellent salary package on the area of London

ADDITIONAL
Sound commercial sense of a construction project, be aware of the priorities of positive cashflow, (i.e. payments in and out, regular agreement of variations, healthy valuations, and steady progress towards a final account)and have an appreciation of the typical contractual issues that often ensue on a construction project
About the Candidate:
* Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
* Experience with various curtain walling and façade systems
* Based within an easy commute of central London
* Large new build project surveying experience
