WHAT THE JOB AS A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT INVOLVES

• Sourcing candidates & clients using a variety of methods – including cold calling!


• Screening potential candidates


• Closing deals & negotiating fees


• Guiding candidates & clients through the recruitment process


• Meeting & entertaining clients

• Basic salary of £20,000 with uncapped commission and no thresholds. On target earnings -Year 1 £35,000-£40,000, Year 2 £60,000-£80,000, Year 3 £100,000+
