Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager
Account Manager required for Specialist IT Recruitment firm with a European Client base.
Our client is a Successful and Established Niche International IT Services Company specialising in providing clients with access to skills within the domestic & global market.
Due to expansion & current market demand, they have a requirement for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join the team.
The role is paying above market rates on the Salary & Commission and there will be a real opportunity to progress your career.
Role Outline
* Resourcing – Headhunting relevant candidates, Maintaining and updating Applicant Tracking System, identifying target leads, Plan and Organise work schedules.
* Sales Support – Working closely with Resourcing, Relocation as well as maintaining existing International Partners, and Immigration Specialists assigned to the UK office
* Administrative – Prep for Campaign Advertisements, Prep of Candidates Resumes
* Meetings & Training – Attend all Staff, Sales, and any other Information Technology job-related meetings.
Skills & Experience
* 3 Years Experience in the Recruitment Industry.
* Resourcing Experience
* Strong Internet skills / knowledge
* Interviewing and qualifying applicants
* Knowledge/experience with IT Industry (Hardware, Software and Internet profiles).
Personal Attributes
* Detail oriented memory and organisation skills
* Good “people” intuition
* Ability to relate to different personalities
* Personal history of success
