Who will you be working for?

The company is a leading global charity with an international presence engaging in aid relief and emergency support to children and vulnerable adults. This is an organisation dedicated to helping those in need in all corners of the world. Based in the heart of London Farringdon, great opportunity to explore and venture to various restaurants and bars.

You MUST have a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the organisation and their mission of helping children and vulnerable adults.

What does the job consist of?

• You will need to ensure a smooth running of all administrative aspects and secretariat duties.


• You will also be processing invoices.


• Answering queries and actions that come into the Retail Operations inbox from supporters, shops and Regional Retail Managers.

Other administrative duties / support as required.

What will the successful candidate be like?

• Good attention to detail with a track record of accurate & punctual delivery of agreed deliverables


• Organised with a systematic way of working


• Strong computer skills – excel / word & PowerPoint


• Ability to work as part of a team with strong customer service skills


• A positive, can do attitude
