Your new company

My client is one of the world’s leading oil and gas companies and are continuing in growth. With expansion worldwide, the company are looking to recruit world class individual into their team. The current market is not the greatest but my client has not suffered as they are continuously growing so you can assure your job will not be at risk.

Your new role

You will have to understand and follow the Scrum and agile methodology whilst able to present strong motivational and influencing skills. You will be working to help promote TDD and BDD to help the development team adapt. You will be responsible in mentoring and leading a team whilst being able to complete tasks on time and effectively.

What you’ll need to succeed

Your previous finance background will assist you in your success along with your Scrum Master experience. You will show proven experience of producing end to end agile projects whilst able to communicate well with the team and have them on-board with your decisions.
