Senior Duty Manager Visitor Attraction
A rare and exciting opportunity to join one of London’s biggest tourist attractions!
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Duty Managers who are focused on excellent customer service!
Do you have experience in managing visitor facing attractions with a large footfall?
Are you able to provide strong and authoritative management of incidents across our complex site?
You will be responsible for:
– Effective performance management and development of the Duty Manager Team.
– Ensure effective daily reporting is in place and that where appropriate, operational issues are escalated to the appropriate senior manager
– Work across operational teams to improve processes and communications and seek continual operational improvement in support of the company goals
– Work with other operational teams to promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure all Health & Safety incidents are effectively reported by DM team.
– Work with other operational teams to promote high visitor service standards and a shared vision of operational excellence.
– Be an expert in the companies H&S policies, working closely and positively with other teams and the H&S adviser to ensure appropriate risk assessments are in place for all public space and visitor facing activity
– Play an active role in planning for future programme and Masterplan developments, ensuring that operational needs are considered.
