About The Opportunity…

• Assist the manager in the day-to-day operation of the store.


• Drive store sales and profit, taking appropriate action to maximize performance.


• Heighten team performance through communication of targets.


• Provide leadership and encourage team development through effective coaching and feedback.


• Create a shopping experience that exceeds the customers expectations.


• Enhance store appearance through the effective visual merchandising.


• Use commercial knowledge and understanding of competition to ensure store layout reflects market trends


• Leads by example and actively supports work in all areas of the store.

About You…

• Established in retail sector with manager/supervisory experience.

• A track record ofdrivingthe profitability of the store,


• Proven sales ability, numerate with an understanding of sales performance data.


• Driven to achieve targets and can evidence this.


• Motivational and involved in training and development of a high performing team to deliver results.


• Excellentpeopleskills and ability to deliver the very highest store and customer service standards.


• Commerciallyaware.


• Desire to succeed and progress within an ever-growing business.
