Our Trainee managers are the face of our retail business, ensuring exemplary customer service is delivered each day. They also work closely with the local community and develop strong and confident teams to run the business.
Our ideal candidate for this position will: – Create a fun and motivating atmosphere for our team of 20 to thrive in and generate strong sales– Lead by example on the shop floor by delivering 5 star customer service and encouraging an excellent customer experience-focused environment.– Create regular check ins and updates with the team to support and coach them to achieving great results on the shop floor.– Demonstrate a true passion for Lush, being a strong brand ambassador in the role.*As a manager training store, you will also be running the store while maintaining high standards and a strong customer service-focused environment in the absence of the manager.
What we think you’ll need:
- Flexibility. Being a station store we are open longer with early start times and late finishes. We do encourage a healthy work/life balance and always ensure we keep a 12 hour minimum in between shifts.- Previous experience managing a team.- Strong communication & listening skills.- Time management and great organisational skills.- A passion to progress within your management career and eager to learn new skills and develop as a manager.- Regular support and training to further your development.- The opportunity to showcase your talent when the manager is away delivering- Strong understanding of the business and how to implement new ideas to impact the store’s business drivers and management accounts.- Management bonus scheme.- Experience in running a fast-paced business in the heart of London’s citys district
