You could think of us as an online mortgage broker much like how an online estate agent operates, we leverage the internet tools available to enable a smooth and compliant advice delivered online at a lower cost and is an excellent user experience for both client and advisor.


As we have endeavoured to embrace the best tech and systems available today, you will have the flexibility of choosing where, when and how to work around your client’s needs without loosing out on the support and branding from head office.


We would like to invite candidates who are self motivated and independent enough to build their client base, sales pipe line and business from day one and do not need to be micro managed, although there will be a high level of compliance supervision in year 1 till you are classed low risk. You would be responsible enough to take ‘ownership’ of your client’s financial well being and use TCF as a compass to guiding all decisions, actions, behaviours and outcomes.


Your training has clear milestones and progression shadowing a competent advisor whilst providing admin and para planning support till you are ready to give competent and compliant advice on your own.


The package: in % share of commissions


30%: 0-3 months- admin and para planning tasks and duties.


40%: 3-12months- Trainee Advisor giving advise under supervision.


50%: 12+ months- Fully Competent Advisor with CPD.


Plus performance based incentives.


This is a zero hour contract giving you total flexibility to plan your diary, however we do have a service level agreement to deliver positive outcomes for our clients, hence our approach is ‘whatever it takes’ to work around our client’s needs.


Some but not all desirable qualities:



  • Articulate and fluent in written and spoken English with rapport building skills.




  • Well groomed, friendly and amicable on all channels; email, chat, voice, video and real time.




  • Highly numerate with IT applications and social media skills.




  • Flair for ‘selling’ the idea/concept, not just push products/service.




  • Estate Agency, Sales, Tele-Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Banking, Accountancy, Legal backgrounds preferred.



As our service is delivered online and by phone, you would require the below:



  • A dedicated work/home address where you can receive work related post.




  • A dedicated work space without noisy distractions and where you can meet your compliance supervisor.




  • A stable broadband connection with at least 8mbps speed, preferably unlimited data.




  • Bring your own devices like laptop and smartphone of minimum spec or can be issued by company.



Furthermore;



  • No requirement for a driving license, car or to drive.




  • But there is a timetable of events we need to attend at locations nationwide for which you are prepared to travel.




  • Attend the 3 day network training in south of England and quarterly company meetings in central London in year 1, these will reduce once you are full competent. One of those quarterly meets is our annual meeting and the location is usually abroad.
