Junior Committee Clerk - 21.5K




My client, a large, well known organisation within the medical sector, with stunning offices in Central London, seeks a Junior Committee Clerk. The main focus of this busy and diverse role is to provide a whole variety of administrative support to various committees, often liaising with Events Coordinators and various high profile committee Presidents…


Main duties will include;


Preparation of agendas and papers, financial reports (where required) etc ready for each meeting you are responsible for.


Attending meetings and taking detailed action notes


Organise and successfully run meetings. Ensuring rooms are booked months in advance, catering is ordered and any special requirements are catered for.


Maintain committee databases, expense spreadsheets, and prepare relevant minutes for approval and distribution post-meeting.


The right candidate for this position will have experience of minute taking, excellent attention to detail, able to turnaround administration quickly, have experience of committee work and able to prioritise a busy workload.
