Admin Assistant




We currently have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistant to join one of London’s top serviced office providers. This is a great chance to join an established company and gain valuable experience which will give you’re CV an excellent boost.


As Admin Assistant you will be assisting in delivering great customer service within the centre and ensuring that all administrative duties are carried out with speed and accuracy.


Your duties will include:


* Ensuring that all meeting rooms including management office and vacant offices are tidy, safe and welcoming to all clientele/visitors.
* Managing outgoing post, ensuring that it is properly franked and ready for collection daily and route incoming mail to relevant clientele.
* Providing cover for the reception as required.
* Carrying out administrative and clerical duties for clients as required including filing, archiving, photocopying, collating, laminating, faxing, preparation with mailings, word processing of letters, data entry and preparation of reports and other information.
* Dealing with customer requests in a prompt and timely manner whether face to face or on the telephone.
* Assisting with room set up and room checks.
* Creating and issuing welcome packs for new clients.


To be successful in this role you will need to have previous administration experience, ideally within a customer facing position, and be highly organised and proactive. You will also need an excellent operational knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and a basic knowledge of Excel.
