– Based in Central London the Businesses has both high end Retail and Wholesale aspects to its trading

– Currently with revenues of c£20m the business has enjoyed a consistent increase in sales of between 5-10% annually for the last 5 years and is forecasting the same going forward

– Operationally the head office function has between 25-30 people of which this role would be expected to pick up significant finance and operational leadership of.

– This is an exceptional role for a Qualified (ACA CIMA ACCA) well rounded finance professional with prior experience dealing with the owner manager/ SME growing business profile.

Finance Manager/ Controller Responsibilities:

– Management of all ledgers, Payment runs, Cash position, Bank accounts

– Budgeting/ Forecasting

– Statutory account preparation (with the support of the Audit Partners)

– Supporting the directors in key decision making.

– Leading a finance and office team of c10 staff

– Leading the improvement of process and controls

– Helping to grow the business going forward.
