Senior Business Development Manager – Duties:


  • Developing a monthly call cycle to ensure you are gaining maximum exposure to our Clients customers

  • Exceed sales targets by selling solutions into accounts within an assigned area

  • Manage complex and entire sales cycles with a strong emphasis on new business sales

  • Negotiate at C-Level

  • Create a strong pipeline through cold calling, partners, marketing and lead gen reps

  • Engage internally with other divisions to deliver best quality offers

  • Orchestrate appropriate resources such as pre-Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Top Level Management

  • Develop partnerships and build strong long term strategic relationships

Senior Business Development Manager – Experience/ Skills:


  • Previous Experience working in retail selling IT or similar products

  • An ability to work autonomously and manage a territory

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • A demonstrated track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The successful candidate will also have a high attention to detail, have a proactive rather than reactive nature and a professional and mature outlook. You will also be a highly accomplished negotiator who looks for win/win outcomes and have a strong customer focus.
