- Teach the lessons
- Carry out assessment, monitoring and evaluation of examinations.
- Supervise the assigned students, monthly reviews to be conducted.
- Assess, record, and monitor all student progress, providing appropriate feedback.
- Participating in committees appropriate to courses and meetings convened by management as appropriate.
- Follow IQA instruction step by step.
- Ensure focused on deadline.
- Manage and co-ordinate programmes as required by the Head of Department.
- Supervise the assigned students.
- Undertaking continuous professional development (CPD) and participating in staff training activities.
- Undertaking administrative tasks related to the department, such as student admissions, induction programmes and involvement in committees and boards;
Additional Responsibilities
- Apart from the Teaching, if any student is absent from the class the Lecturers must notify to the administration straight away. Along with administration the class Lecturers is also responsible to report if any student does not attend 3 consecutive lectures.
