The role and team

We have a number of opportunities across our Public Sector teams for those looking to enter recruitment for the first time and experienced Sales & Recruitment professionals. We have a specialised 6 month training programme for new starters which utilises a blend of classroom based training, “on desk” training and shadowing of senior members of the team. Our market leading commission structure has been designed to give all consultants the opportunity to start earning money quickly but we are also conscious of giving everyone a strong development platform for a lucrative future with our company.

You will receive specialised training in the entire recruitment process including;

• Business Development & attracting new business


• Account Management & client relations


• Offer and contract negotiation


• Candidate sourcing


• Candidate management


• Temporary worker management
