What will I do as the CRM Analyst?


As commercial analyst you will become a key person in the digital transformation of the River Island business. Combining a commercial acumen and a strong analytic mind, you’ll be helping to shape the future of customer marketing programmes within this leading multi-channel retailer.


Responsibilities


· Working as part of Insight team to optimise campaign engagement data, maintaining & monitoring exiting customer segments and profiles to help enhance the e-CRM strategies.


· Understanding key business problems and requirements, utilising our online customer database to understand customer engagement and loyalty.


· Creating actionable insights to support strategic decisions for customer engagement strategies and delivering findings to the key stakeholders.


· Own, maintain and improve customer dashboards which track performance of e-CRM programmes and the attainment of KPI’s


· Manage projects which analyse campaign performance and help to build segmentation models which inform segmentation and personalisation, through onsite, email and mobile platforms.


· Conduct analysis of multi-channel data sources to build greater understanding of RI customers and identify marketing opportunities.


· Develop a technical understanding of data and technology systems, informing digital marketing channels and assisting to deliver digital transformation within marketing and beyond.


· Work with Insight team to develop projects which combine online and offline data, qualitative and quantative data, to measure business results and inform programmed development.


· Working in a fast-paced, progressive and advanced analytics environment.

  • Proven hands on experience conducting analysis from multi-channel data sources

  • Working knowledge of data warehousing and data mining

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking

  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Capable of generating user-friendly reporting dashboards and templates, prepare written analysis and present findings.

  • Has an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Be able to deliver concise and relevant insights to answer the business questions.

  • Highly organised, with exceptional planning/time management skills to deliver in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent problem solver, ability to multi-task and use initiative.

  • A good team player.

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated to excel.

  • Proven experience working as a CRM Analyst

  • BS degree in Statistics, Maths, Marketing or related field
