Open kitchen with full restaurant. 50 covers plus tables in the bar and a Cellar bar. We in heart of Little Venice Maida Vale just 5 mins walk to Warwick Ave tube and buses.
We re opened after a years closure in February and our predominantly residential customer base is slowly being won back. The Prince Alfred has for many years had a great reputation for it’s food and this is what we strive to keep.
The Role
Our idea of the perfect Sous chef:
•Passionate about seasonal British food
•Be able to help the head chef create your own menus seasonally along with daily specials
•Be able to run the kitchen on the head chefs days off including food ordering
•Be confident and enjoy sharing your passion and knowledge of food
•Be a strong leader of people
•Have a love for life and all that comes with it
The Offer
What The Prince Alfred offers:
•£10 p/h plus gratuity for 45 hours per week
