Technical Business Analyst – SQL, Testing, User Cases, Wireframes, Visio – London – Perm

Global, household name client seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their small but driven and talented IT team. You will be the interface between the business and IT, translating business requirements into technical requirements, producing appropriate documentation to drive the development lifecycle.

Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with demonstrable experience and understanding of the full SDLC, with strong SQL skills and the ability to pull data from thier databases. With experience of working in a Waterfall and Agile environment, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to talk technical to the technical teams and non technical to the users.

The successful Technical Business Analyst must be able to:

• Understand and translate business requirements in to functional technical requirements


• Identify business processes, risks, gaps & inconsistencies to be addressed and drive decisions to progress projects to a succssul conclulsion


• Undertake feasibility studies to understand customer requirements and prepare cost/benefit cases to help make business decisions


• Demonstrate experience of facilitating in the analysis, design and implementation of new systems


• Build strong working relationships with internal IT and Business teams as well as external suppliers

You will have excellent documentation skills using tools such as Visio, producing Wireframes and testing documentation.

With excellent communication and presentation skills, you’ll work well on your own or as part of a team and must be willing to pitch in to help out in all areas of a project.
