A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IS Business Partner to join a global charity based in Farringdon, Central London. You will be working closely with 2 separate directorates to be the focal part between the IT and business sides of the organisation. You will be proactively managing and influencing key internal stakeholders within the business to understand how IS can support and improve IT. The IS Business Partner will have an outstanding opportunity to raise the profile of IT within a huge organisation.
This is a brand new role as an IS Business Partner while the company is looking to heavily invest in this side of the business. You will need to have the ability to deal with various different people and build relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
The IS Business Partner will essentially maintain all relationships within the business to ensure that the IT department are doing as much as they can to benefit the organisation. You could have a strong background in Business Analyst, Project Management, Service Delivery, Change Management or more. This is a brand new role and once this person is established they will be looking to build a team around you.
Skills required for the IS Business Partner – Award Winning Global Charity are:
- Ability to build, manage and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Knowledge of Project Management (PRINCE 2 ideally)
- Development of key documentation like: stakeholder maps, benefit dependency networks, responsibility matrixes, impact assessments and business cases.
