The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive the business forward. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the drive and tenacity to be able to influence change whilst leading by example.The position will suit an existent assistant manager with experience in hospitality ready to take on a new challenge
Customer focus, a passion for great food and an eye for detail is a pre requisite for this position.
The Offer
The role is based around a 5 day week and includes working shifts and weekends according to the rota . The position involves running shifts,training staff making sure the customers get the best experience while visiting the pub . Progression within the company is limited only by your own ambition and as can be expected you will be encouraged to develop within the company.
