The Candidate: Currently working or have experience within a fast paced retail environment as an Assistant Manager or equivalent. Reporting to the Store Manager you will possess a well-rounded management style, be commercially minded and will lead and inspire your sales team keeping them motivated to deliver outstanding results.You will also support your manager in Identifying and coaching talent within your team, as well as being proactive regarding your own development needs to support the continued growth of the business.
