Change Manager – 6 Month Fix Term Contract
A brand new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen for an experienced Change Manager to help out on a major HRIS Change project that is undergoing currently within this leading charity based in Farringdon. This is a brilliant chance for someone to really make actionable change to the organisation at the later part of a huge HRIS project. You will be joining on an initial 6-month fix term contract but will lead change on a business critical project and will have the chance to extend this or move to a permanent contract.
The Change Manager will be joining at a very exciting time of growth as the organisation is really investing in new systems, where you will work with various stakeholders to implement actionable change. You will ensure the successful transition and adoption of the new system and supporting processes into the charity. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking to get into change management further or gain further skills in the HRIS field.
Skills required for the Change Manager (HRIS project) are:
– Strong knowledge in change management within any environment
– Brilliant communicator and would be confident dealing with senior stakeholders
– Ability to pick up new skills quickly.

Although this is an initial fix term contract you will have the chance to move permanent after as the charity is going through a sustained period of growth. Although you may feel after 6 months it would be better for your career to pick up the new skills and move on.
Salary: £40,000 + Benefits
Location: Farringdon, Central London (Chance to work from home)
