Data Analyst - One Housing Group - London E2

You will be joining our Business intelligence Team. The team supports the development and implementation of OH’s Housing Key Performance Indicators and related reporting. We also implement improvement strategies using learning and feedback gained through business users and all customers who consume performance reporting at OH.

This is an exciting opportunity and the ideal candidate will have the passion, enthusiasm and ability to handle challenging situations. You will have the resilience to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and a strong attention to detail.

The main duties will include:

• Producing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and related reporting.
  


• Creating protocols to enhance performance reporting.
  


• Identifying gaps in trends and proactively campaign and coordinate improvement strategies.
  


• Leading on ensuring that KPI are robust, can past audit requirements and make sense to the standard user.
  


• Advising and working with Senior Management and colleagues across OH to develop and implement new KPI and reports.
  


• Producing SQL based Business Intelligence reports, primarily with SSRS on areas relating to increasing performance or ad-hoc reports to understand issues affecting such performance.
  


• Some experience of SQL Server Integration Services a bonus although training will be given to an appropriate candidate.
