A brand new and exciting opportunity as recently arisen for a Head of CRM to join this award winning charity as they are looking to fully utilise their expensive Salesforce CRM (Salesforce isn’t required as a skill). You will have full control over the development, strategy and the day to day running of the database, where you will be an integral part to the development of the charity. The Head of CRM will need to take the current Salesforce system (which is being under used) to grow the system to being used through the whole charity. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to really make a difference within the organisation and help develop this CRM into a business critical tool.
As the role is based with a charity you will have the opportunity to work very flexible hours with the chance to work from home twice a week (if desired.)
The Head of CRM / Data will be given full support from the senior managers with a very large budget to control. You will help shape the analytics, development, BI and more. You will initially lead a team of 4 people but the idea is for you grow this team further as you come to understand where skills gaps lie. This is a great opportunity for you (Head of CRM / Data) to really make your mark on this project and help change how this charity works for the better.
Skills required for the Head of CRM / Data are:
- Excellent knowledge on a marketing CRM system (salesforce is beneficial but no means essential)
- Experience in developing the strategical development of a CRM database
- Ability to work with various senior stakeholders
- Line management skills
- Strong negotiating skills

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Excellent benefits
