Internal Support / Sales Coordinator

Salary £24k (depending on experience)

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an Internal Support person to join a growing LED & Lighting organisation based in North London.

Our client specialise in a range of commercial Lighting solutions such as Architectural, Office, Street, Retail, Industrial etc.

The Role:

• Ensuring client queries on orders and delivery dates are answered promptly.


• Giving technical advice to clients technical queries.


• Preparing quotations for clients and giving product advice.


• Liaising with European team in terms of information on customer deliveries/order amendments


• Order entry onto the mainframe.


• Delivery data and invoice distribution to clients via email.


• Looking after internal reporting on monthly sales and revenue.


• Preparing and sending statements to clients on a monthly basis.


• Preparing proforma orders for clients & internal PO’s.

To be considered for the position you will need to have relevant experience in relation to the above. You will come from a customer focused background. Lighting experience is preferred however not essential.
