A brand new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen for a IT Business Relationship Manager to manage all the Business relationships with IT for this award winning charity based in Vauxhall, Central London. This will be an exciting role as the organisation is going through a sustained period of growth within IT and you will have the chance to really help develop the departments relationships further. You will manage a team of 3 IT Support Analyst’s but will not be involved in the hands on support of the IT Systems. Not only will you help improve / change IT as a purpose but you will get involved in enterprise level projects from initial conception.

The IT Business Relationship Manager role will be responsible for educating business areas, taking feedback, helping to improve processes and understand the solutions we provide. This is a perfect opportunity for someone in a technical role that is looking to move into a more business focused position to help implement change and improve processes. You will need to educate people on the purpose of IT and make sure your team handles every problem efficiently and effectively.

Skills required for the IT Business Relationship Manager are:

– Strong communication skills with the ability influence and persuade senior stakeholders
– Knowledge on IT Support and IT Solutions
– Management experience
– Experience on managing business relationships
